At F&N Trade Group, LLC we value our retail partners and stand behind the quality of our products. The following policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and a smooth resolution process should any issues arise.
Defective Merchandise (90-Day Limited Warranty)
We offer a 90-day limited warranty from the invoice date on all wholesale purchases against manufacturer defects.
If an item is found to be defective:
- Retailer must notify us within 90 days of invoice date
- Photos and a brief description of the issue are required
- We may request return of the item or ask for proof of destruction
Once approved, we will provide:
- Replacement merchandise (preferred), or
- Merchandise credit toward a future order
Please note: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, rough handling, normal wear, or customer abuse.
Shipping Damage or Shortages
All shipping damage or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include:
• Photos of damaged cartons and product
• Copy of packing slip
• Description of issue
If shipment was sent FOB warehouse, freight claims must be filed with the carrier. We are happy to assist with documentation as needed.
Returns for Non-Defective Merchandise
Due to the nature of our products and inventory planning, we generally do not accept returns for unsold merchandise.
Exceptions may be granted at our discretion and require:
• Prior written authorization (RMA required)
• Items in original, unopened, resalable condition
• Freight prepaid by retailer
• 20% restocking fee
Seasonal items, special orders, closeouts, and clearance merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns must receive written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
